Effect of Nutritional Guidance Combined with MDT in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis
Objective:To explore and study the effect of nutritional guidance+MDT collaborative intervention scheme in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:Patients with acute pancre-atitis admitted to the emergency Department of Panyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou in the past two years were selected(sample inclusion time:2020.03 to 2022.12;Sample size:80 cases).The numerical random table method is used as the basic analysis principle,namely control group and experiment group.The coopera-tive mode of routine nursing+nutrition guidance and nutrition guidance+MDT was implemented respectively in the two groups before and after.Explore and analyze the application effect of the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group(usual care+nutritional guidance),The incidence of complications(gastrointestinal bleeding/pulmonary infection/acute respiratory distress syndrome,etc.)in the observation group(nutritional guidance+MDT cooperative mode)was 5.00%vs 17.50%,the time for abdominal pain to disappear[(2.21±0.35)vs(4.84±0.78)d],and the time for exhaust function to recover[(3.14±0.46)vs(6.16±1.76)d]were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(routine care+nutritional guidance),the score of quality of life[(80.28±4.52)vs(71.17±5.36)points]and the score of dis-ease knowledge[(95.52±2.27)vs(83.38±2.29)points in the observation group(nutritional guidance+MDT collabora-tive mode)after nursing were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis,the combined intervention program of nutritional guidance and MDT cooperative mode is effective.
