The Study on the Effect of Aromatic Xingnao Kaiqiao Traditional Chinese Medicine on Promoting Awakening in Patients with Painless Gastroenteroscopy General Anesthesia
Objective:Observation of aromatic refreshing begin to understand traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)via nasal drug delivery in patients with general anesthesia for painless stomach and recovery of various indicators,pro-mote wake effect and explore its mechanism.Methods:A total of 71 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(35 cases)and the control group(36 cases).Medication was administered to the observation group within 1 min-ute after entering the resuscitation room until leaving the room,while the control group received inhalation of air through a nasal catheter.The vital signs,awakening indicators,and occurrence of adverse reactions during the resuscitation pe-riod were recorded for both groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the time of Steward recovery score≥4 points and the time of stay in resuscitation room in the observation group were significantly shortened,and the incidence of hypertension,hypoxemia,fatigue and dizziness during resuscitation was significantly reduced.Conclusion:Nasal ad-ministration of fragrant nao-resuscitating drugs(musk,Borneol)can promote the awakening of patients under general an-esthesia,stabilize the vital signs during recovery,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after general anesthesia.
