The Clinical Value of Pregnancy-associated Protein A in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of pregnancy-related protein A(PAPP-A)in acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:A total of 28 ACS patients who visited our hospital from January 2020 to November 2024 were complete, and 28 non-ACS patients were selected as the control group.Using the analysis software,CTnT,CK-MB,PAPP-A,and the correlation between patients with ACS and PAPP-A level. Results:There was no significant difference in age between the two groups. The levels of CTnT,CK-MB and PAPP-A in the ACS group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,PAPP-A was strongly correlated with CTnT(r=0.673,P<0.05).The ROC curve suggested that the area under the detection curve of PAPP-A combined with CTnT and CK-MB was larger. Conclusion:Serum PAPP-A can be used as a serological marker in patients with ACS and has certain diagnostic value in patients with negative myocardial enzyme spectrum, and PAPP-A combined with CTnT and CK-MB has higher diagnostic sensitivity in patients with ACS.
