目的:探讨临床医生对呼吸困难诊治的临床思维能力培养.方法:以呼吸困难1例的诊治为例,从病史采集、体格检查、辅助检查分析、治疗等方面探讨临床思维的培养.结果:扎实的理论知识,严密的逻辑推理对临床思维能力的培养至关重要.结论:掌握呼吸困难的发病机制,熟悉不同系统疾病导致呼吸困难的特征,完整正确收集临床资料,在呼吸困难临床思维培养中,具有非常重要的意义.
Exploring the Cultivation of Clinical Thinking Ability based on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dyspnea
Objective:To explore the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of dyspnea.Methods:Take a case of dyspnea by the diagnosis and treatment as an example and explore the cultivation of clinical thinking in terms of medical history collection,physical examination,analysis of auxiliary examinations and treatment.Results:Solid theoretical knowledge and rigorous logical reasoning are crucial to the cultivation of clinical thinking ability.Conclusion:It is very important to master the pathogenesis of dyspnea,be familiar with the characteristics of dyspnea caused by different systemic diseases,and collect clinical data completely and correctly in the cultivation of clinical thinking of dyspnea.
