Pathogen Identification and Biological Characteristics of Maize Leaf Disease at Mature-Plant Stage in Yingkou City
In order to clarify the species and biological characteristics of pathogenic bacteria of common leaf diseases at maize mature-plant stage in Yingkou City, three main pathogenic bacteria of leaf diseases were identified by morphology and mo-lecular biology. The growth rate and stress resistance of three pathogenic bacteria were determined by cross method. The results of morphological identification showed that the three pathogenic fungi Cl-1,Ch-1 and Aa-1 were Curvularia lunata,Bipolaris may-dis and Alternaria alternata, respectively.Combined with phylogenetic analysis,Cl-1 was Curvularia lunata,Ch-1 was Bipolaris maydis and Aa-1 was Alternaria alternata.Among them, leaf spot of maize is a new disease of leaf disease at mature-plant stage in Yingkou City. The results of stress resistance determination of pathogenic bacteria showed that among the three stress factors,Curvularia Lunata,Bipolaris maydis and Alternaria alternata were more sensitive to 1 mol/L NaCl,and their growth was signifi-cantly inhibited. They were sensitive to 0.005%SDS and 10 mmol/L H2O2,but their growth was not significantly inhibited com-pared with the control.
