Chinese Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas Under the Macro-history:the Context,Goal and Approach
Chinese modernization of agriculture and rural areas is a new type of agricultural and rural modernization road explored by our Party under the view of macro-history.At the new historical starting point,our Party grasps the law in the process of deepening the historical process,and deeply realizes the need to build an agricultural and rural modernization of ecological har-mony,common prosperity,and innovation.Therefore,the following aspects are necessary in the development of Chinese modern-ization of agriculture and rural areas:adhering to the guidance of Party building and improving the efficiency of rural social gover-nance;optimizing the industrial structure and building a green and low-carbon industrial system;improving the system security and promoting the realization of common prosperity of farmers;insisting on the method innovation and realizing the key break-through of agricultural and rural modernization,which grasps the historical initiative of agricultural and rural modernization.
