职业院校开展"农本"情怀教育的理路研究

乡村振兴战略推进中,人才不足、大学生向乡村流动的意愿不强成为现实阻滞.职业院校开展"农本"情怀教育是职业教育适应性的现实表征,其对引导职教生建立新时代乡村建设者的身份认同、纾解乡村振兴人才短缺的困境具有实践意义.探索职业院校开展"农本"情怀教育的三重逻辑:内因是事物发展依据的理论逻辑、传承与发展相统一的价值逻辑、特殊性兼及普遍性的实践逻辑.提出发掘近乡土的资源优势、组建有情怀的师资队伍、遴选适切的教育内容及载体、建设开放共享的资源平台,是职业院校"农本"情怀教育高质量发展的有效路径.
Research on the Way of Carrying Out Agriculture-Based Emotional Education in Vocational Colleges
In the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the lack of talents and the weak willingness of students of colleges and universities to flow to the countryside have become a reality block.The emotional education of"agriculture-based"in vocational colleges is a realistic representation of the adaptability of vocational education,which has practical significance for guid-ing vocational students to establish the identity of rural builders in the new era and alleviating the dilemma of talent shortage in ru-ral revitalization.The triple logic of"agriculture-based"emotional education in vocational colleges is explored:internal cause is the theoretical logic based on the development of things,the value logic of the unity of inheritance and development,and the practical logic of particularity and universality.Exploring the advantages of local resources,setting up a team of teachers with emo-tion,selecting appropriate educational content and carriers,and building an open and shared resource platform are effective paths for the high-quality development of"agriculture-based"emotional education in vocational colleges.
