摘要
从评价功能的新视角,诠释了职业院校技能大赛作为人才培养质量评价工具的内在逻辑和价值意蕴.针对技能大赛作为人才培养质量评价工具的一些不良影响因素,提出了认识纠偏、完善评价标准体系、机制调整、突出评价功能等优化路径,丰富职业院校技能大赛的研究视角,并为人才培养质量的评价提供借鉴.
Abstract
From the new perspective of evaluation function,as an evaluation tool for talent training quality,the internal logic and value implication of the vocational college skills competitions are interpreted.In view of some adverse factors of the skills competitions,as a tool for evaluating the quality of talent training,some optimization paths are put forward,such as understand-ing and correcting,improving the evaluation standard system,adjusting the mechanism,and highlighting the evaluation function,which enriches the research perspective of the vocational college skills competitions and provides reference for the evaluation of tal-ent training quality.
