Beginning and end of the establishment process of the Fengtian Province Exchange
During World War I and the immediate aftermath, away from the battlefield and with increased exports,Japan's economy expanded rapidly and its economic power in"Manchu and Mongolia"was further enhanced. Therefore,in 1919-1920,Japan set up a number of exchanges in the"Manchuria and Mongolia"area. It happened that Zhang Zuolin completely unified Northeast China.Although he regarded the exchanges and other trading institutions as speculative places,he agreed to the request of the chamber of commerce to set up its own trading institutions in the face of the spillover of interests and power and the need for commercial development, and set up a large number of trading guarantee office in Northeast China to fight with Japan. After the establishment of the trading guarantee office,it facilitated the development of local businessmen, provided financial revenue for the Fengtian regime, and excluded Japanese economic forces to a certain extent. However,it was soon closed down due to the political and military actions of the warlords regime.
