There are 9 pieces of bronzes with ornamentation of snake-swallow-frog.They are divided into four culture areas based on different styles and locations,which are northeast,north,southwest and south.According to the study of archaeological culture of the bronzes with ornamentation of snake-swal-low-frog,the northeast culture and the north culture were the main area of the bronzes,which share simi-larities and differences of style.The ornamentation in southwest and south culture areas were later than the northeast and the north culture areas,which can be traced to the unearthed slant-belly jars with the or-namentation of snake-swallow-frog in Xinglongwa Culture located in west area of Liaohai.
