With the rapid development of new urbanization,the problem of multi-stakeholder game in rural land expropriation has become increasingly apparent.The game dilemma of the stakeholders in rural land expropriation is mainly concentrated between the central government and local governments,local govern-ments and land units and local governments and landless farmers.The imbalance of power control,the dis-location of decentralization and the invalidation of rights protection are the fundamental reasons for the di-lemma of rural land expropriation interest game in the process of new urbanization.Therefore,it is neces-sary to seek legal countermeasures to solve the dilemma by focusing on power control,decentralization and protection.
