On Deng Xiaoping's inheritance and development of Lenin's thought on the party constitution of the ruling party
Deng Xiaoping's thought of the party constitution was mainly formed and developed after the rul-ing of the Communist Party of China.In the process of exploring the construction of the party constitution of the ruling party,Deng Xiaoping inherited and creatively developed Lenin's thought of the party consti-tution of the ruling party:adhering to the understanding of the party constitution from the perspective of law to further deepen the understanding of the essence of the party constitution,adhering to the funda-mental principles of the party constitution to enrich the democratic centralism from the institutional level,adhering to the objective law of the revision of the party constitution to emphasize the improvement of the party constitution based on the socialist modernization construction and adhering to the unconditional im-plementation of the party constitution to enrich and broaden many ways to implement the party constitu-tion.The study of Deng Xiaoping's inheritance and development of Lenin's ruling party constitution thought has important theoretical and practical significance for the Communist Party of China to fully un-derstand the law of ruling party construction and scientifically construct the ruling party constitution in the new era.
