Competency modeling and enhancement strategies for"Chinese+Tourism"talents in Uzbekistan
"Chinese+Vocational"is a key way for the synergistic cooperation between international Chinese language education and vocational education,and competency is the core meaning of cultivating complex Chinese language talents,which is manifested as a complex and diversified collection of competencies.The establishment of China-Uzbekistan all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era has made the tourism cooperation between the two countries more and more frequent.In order to ensure the continuous promotion of the tourism cooperation between China and Uzbekistan,it is necessary to enhance the competency requirements of Uzbekistan's"Chinese+Tourism"talents.In this paper,we first clarify the conceptual connotation of"Chinese+Tourism"talent competency in Uzbekistan,refine 5 major competency elements and 16 competency characteristics based on existing research,construct a theoretical model of"Chinese+Tourism"talent competency,explain the elements of competency,clarify the interaction rela-tionship between them,and explain the meaning of"Chinese+Tourism"talent competency.Meanwhile,the government attaches importance to competency education and builds competency level standards together;schools innovate education and teaching concepts and organize project-based teaching;enterprises build communication and interaction platforms and optimize talent management system and individuals make up for shortcomings in knowledge and skills,which strengthen the emotional value identity of"Chinese+Tourism"talents competency enhancement strategy.
