Research on the path of cultivating high-quality international Chinese education talents from the perspective of stakeholders
The cultivation of high-quality international Chinese education talents is the key to the high-quali-ty development of international Chinese education.Through an in-depth analysis of stakeholders such as governments,universities,teachers,and students,the article points out that there are problems such as unclear goals,unreasonable curriculum,substandard teacher quality and limited student development in the current international Chinese education talent training.The article proposes the government should strengthen goal guidance and colleges and universities need to achieve all-round education in curriculum,teachers and practice.Teachers should continue to improve themselves and innovate teaching methods,and students should develop in an all-round way.Through the collaborative efforts of governments,universi-ties,teachers,students and other stakeholders,we will promote the professionalization of international Chinese education talent training,and then promote the overall improvement of the quality of international Chinese education.
