Problems and countermeasures in the management of food processing training rooms in higher vocational colleges
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of practical training for food processing majors in higher vocational colleges and ensure the safety of practical training,this paper deeply analyzed the common prob-lems existing in the management of such practical training rooms,and proposed the targeted strategies such as es-tablishing intelligent management platform,strengthening the construction of management talent team and opti-mizing the management mechanism of practical training rooms.These strategies provided the theoretical reference for the improvement of the management level of food processing training rooms in colleges and universities.
