In order to effectively promote the healthy and orderly development of nursing majors in vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system,and to cultivate composite skilled nursing professionals with"one spe-cialty and multiple abilities",taking Chaoyang Health School as an example,this paper analyzed the existing prob-lems in the geriatric nursing teaching.The targeted strategies are proposed such as improving the practical skills of professional teachers through multiple channels,establishing a sound curriculum system,multi-dimensional construction of teaching resources,constructing a comprehensive assessment and evaluation system,and impro-ving the construction of practical training bases,so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system.
