中文摘要：为了有效推进1+X证书制度下职业院校护理专业健康、有序发展,培养出"一专多能"的复合型护理专业技能型人才,以朝阳市卫生学校为例,分析目前老年护理专业教学存在的问题,并针对地提出多渠道提升专任教师实践技能、构建完善的课程体系、多维度建设教学资源、构建综合考核评价体系、完善实训基地建设等策略,为1+X证书制度下职业院校教学改革提供参考.

外文摘要：In order to effectively promote the healthy and orderly development of nursing majors in vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system,and to cultivate composite skilled nursing professionals with"one spe-cialty and multiple abilities",taking Chaoyang Health School as an example,this paper analyzed the existing prob-lems in the geriatric nursing teaching.The targeted strategies are proposed such as improving the practical skills of professional teachers through multiple channels,establishing a sound curriculum system,multi-dimensional construction of teaching resources,constructing a comprehensive assessment and evaluation system,and impro-ving the construction of practical training bases,so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system.
