Redevelopment of stock construction land for constructing national fitness venues and facilities:motivation source,reality constrains and promotion path
The literature method,logical analysis method and other research methods are comprehensively used to study the redevelopment of the stock construction land and the construction of national fitness venues and facilities.The concept and connotation of the redevelopment of the stock construction land for the construction of national fitness venues and facilities are given,and its internal and external motivations are analyzed.The results show that redevelopment in-volves the transfer of land property rights,and it is difficult to distribute the benefits from the construction of fitness fa-cilities;the redevelopment policies and regulations are not perfect,and it is difficult to carry out the supervision of the construction of fitness facilities;the quality of redevelopment land is uneven,and it is difficult to meet the demands for fitness facilities construction;the redevelopment model has a single source of funds,and it is difficult to guarantee the funds for the construction of fitness facilities.In view of the above-mentioned reality constraints,this paper proposes the promotion path such as clarifying the ownership of land property rights and focusing on protecting the interests of multiple parties;improving the relevant policies and regulations and strengthening digital monitoring and supervision;adhering to the concept of systematic development to meet the diversified needs of society;innovating and expanding the financing channels to ensure the capital needs of projects.
