In order to comprehensively investigate the overall situation of the health behavior of Tibetan col-lege students,Tibetan college students from Xizang Minzu University,Xizang University,Lhasa Teachers Col-lege,and Xizang Vocational Technical College were selected as the respondents of the survey,and 3 662 valid questionnaires on the Status of Tibetan College Students'Health Behavior were analyzed by SPSS statistical soft-ware.It was found that the overall score of Tibetan college students'health behavior was higher.Among the four dimensions,the average score of emotion regulation was the highest,followed by environmental adaptation,health knowledge,and exercise awareness,which indicates that Tibetan college students urgently need to strengthen their exercise awareness and health knowledge,and Tibetan college students of different genders and different grades showed significant differences in basic health knowledge,scientific health knowledge and health knowledge teaching.Accordingly,some strategies are recommended that schools,families,society and individu-als should make concerted efforts to enrich the ways of acquiring sports health knowledge,actively create a family environment for cultivating Tibetan college students'health behavior,strengthen the management of sports clubs and fitness clubs,and actively cultivate exercise habits and awareness among Tibetan college students,which can provide reference for the reform of the public physical education curriculum and the cultivation of core literacy in the discipline of physical education in Tibetan colleges and universities.
