Talent cultivation strategies under the background of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education:Taking electrical automation technology major as an example
Taking the electrical automation technology major as an example,this paper deeply analyzed the practical problems existing in the talent cultivation under the background of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education,and proposed four targeted strategies:determining the integrated talent cultivation goal,constructing the"four-in-one"progressive ability-based curriculum system,establishing a scientific practical teaching management mechanism,and perfecting the practical teaching evaluation mechanism.These measures can effective-ly resolve the contradictions in the connection process between secondary and higher vocational education,ensure the continuity and scientificity of teaching,and meanwhile provide reference for the improvement and innovation of the talent cultivation mode of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education in related majors.
