Effect analysis of applying comprehensive nursing care on patients with traumatic soft tissue defects in the hand and foot treated with VSD technology
In order to explore the effects of applying comprehensive nursing care on patients with traumatic soft tissue defects in the hand and foot treated with VSD technology,eighty patients with traumatic soft tissue de-fects in the hand and foot treated with VSD at Anhui Provincial Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were se-lected as research subjects.They were equally divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care.The wound recovery status,psychological state,pain levels,prognosis and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the observation group had shorter wound healing time,lower anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores,lower pain levels(VAS)at 24 and 48 hours after operation,and shorter secondary skin grafting time compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group also scored higher in granula-tion growth morphology and healing effect,postoperative flap survival rate and quality of life than the control group(P＜0.05).The effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with traumatic soft tissue defects in the hand and foot treated with VSD technology is remarkable.It can accelerate wound healing and recovery,reduce psycho-logical and physiological stress responses,and improve quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
