Design of automatic cleaning system for PVB enamel reactor inner wall
In order to solve the problem of automatic cleaning of residual PVB on the inner wall of enamelled reactor in the PVB production process,applying robot technology,automatic cleaning technology and automatic detection technology,a set of automatic cleaning system for the inner wall of the reactor was designed from five aspects,namely,mechanical execution system,inspection system,anti-collision system,control system and safe-ty protection system.The system can achieve 360° radial rotation of the cone tube cleaning nozzle,with high-pres-sure water jets for all-round cleaning of the reactor's inner wall,and through the high-definition camera to get a real-time detection of whether the cleaning is completed,which reduces the intensity of manual operation,im-proves the working environment and enhances the expected safety of operators.
