How Can Government Hotline Help Promote High-quality Development of the Private Economy?——Taking the 12345 Government Service Hotline in Fujian Province as an Example
Private enterprises often face development challenges such as complex relationship between government and business and inefficient government affairs related to enterprises.Taking the 12345 government service hotline in Fujian Province as an example,it is found that the hotline mainly helps the high-quality development of the private economy from four aspects:business environment,digital government,organizational guarantee,and institutional innovation,and has achieved significant results in improving enterprise service efficiency.Government hotline can reshape the relationship between government and business through mechanism of trust,encourage technological self-reliance and self-improvement of enterprises through mechanism of positive externalities,enhance transparency of information related to enterprises through mechanism of information disclosure,and work together to solve the development problems of enterprises through mechanism of comprehensive governance.In order to further improve and promote the government hotline model,various regions should accelerate the establishment of regulations,strengthen data empowerment,and promote collaborative governance,improve the legal guarantee,technical support,and organizational form of hotline service enterprises.
