The Transformation of the Focus of Education and Training of Officials in the New Era:Based on the Text Analysis of Regulations on Education and Training of Officials
Education and training of officials is a pioneering,fundamental,and strategic project for building a high-quality team of officials.The two revisions of the Regulations on Education and Training of Officials in 2015 and 2023 have elevated Party spirit education to a crucial position that was not previously seen.Why should the education and training of officials in the new era focus on Party spirit education?How to build a system and mechanism for Party spirit education?Based on the text of the Regulations on Education and Training of Officials and relevant Party regulations and policy documents,combined with long-term teaching experience and research materials,the study believes that in the new era,education and training of officials has constructed a systematic,complete and efficient system and mechanism of Party spirit education from three aspects:content of courses,training institutions,and student management.This has achieved an important shift in the focus of education and training of officials from"ability training"to"Party spirit education",effectively responding to the new changes and difficult challenges in building a team of officials.
