A comprehensive understanding of the origin of the value of the Global Civilization Initiative can be derived from three aspects:the Marxist theory of civilizational interaction,the civilizational connotations of China's fine traditional culture,and the civilizational philosophy of the CPC.Currently,the Global Civilization Initiative is facing practical dilemmas such as the turbulent changes in the world situation,the resistance from the logic of Western civilization,the inadequacy of the international governance system,and the lack of effectiveness in external communication.In order to build a scientifically comprehensive and practical mechanism for the implementation of the Global Civilization Initiative,it is necessary to continuously improve the political party mechanism of interaction,understanding and cooperation among political parties,the development mechanism of mutual economic assistance,complementation and win-win situation,the humanistic mechanism of cultural supply,opening and integration,and the communication mechanism of discourse transformation,narrative and expansion,so as to promote the building a human community with a shared future through civilizational exchanges and mutual understanding.
