摘要
目的 规范心脏介入诊疗术中电击除颤护理工作,为临床实践提供相关参考依据.方法 本共识组基于现有循证医学及护理证据进行系统回顾,运用文献分析法,结合国内各专家函询结果,形成心脏介入诊疗术中电击除颤护理专家共识(《共识》).结果 《共识》介绍了心脏电除颤的原理及适应证、除颤的规范和除颤后的护理要点等.结论 《共识》基于现有循证医学证据,结合专家意见形成,具有较强的实用性及科学性.
Abstract
Objectives To standardize the nursing work of electric shock defibrillation during interventional cardiac diag-nosis and treatment,and to provide relevant reference for clinical practice.Methods This consensus group conducted a systematic review of existing evidence-based medicine and nursing evidence,applied literature analysis,and combined with the correspondence results of domestic experts to form a consensus of nursing experts on electric shock defibrillation during cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment("Consensus").Results"Consensus"introduced the principle and indications of electrical defibrillation of the heart,the norms of defibrillation and the nursing points after defibrilla-tion.Conclusions"Consensus"is formed based on the existing evidence-based medical evidence and expert opinions,and has strong practicability and scientific nature.
