Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of adrenal insuffiiciency caused by tislelizumab,and provide a reference for clinical response to related adverse reactions.Methods The clinical data of adrenal insuf-ficiency in a lung cancer patient treated with tislelizumab was analyzed,and the correlation between tislelizumab and adrenal insuffiiciency was evaluated.Results Adrenal insufficiency of the patient was likely to be associated with tislelizumab and resolved after treatment with glucocorticoids.Conclusion Tislelizumab may cause adrenal insuffi-ciency,and monitoring should be intensified when tislelizumab is used.
