摘要
目的:观察脑脉康及其不同极性提取物对体外ADP诱导的家兔的血小板聚集的影响.方法:应用比浊法测定脑脉康及其不同极性提取物的体外抗ADP诱导的血小板聚集率.通过系列浓度,用Logit法计算50%聚集抑制浓度(IC50).结果:脑脉康及其不同极性提取物有抗血小板聚集作用,其IC50F值为0.5364g·mL-1,其各极性提取物(A~E)IC50值分别为0.00541、0.1248、0.00131、0.00388、0.00308g·mL-1.结论:脑脉康及其不同极性提取物均具有较强的抗血小板聚集作用.
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of Naomaikang and the different polarity extracts on platelet aggregation of rabbit induced by ADP in vitro. Methods: The effects of Naomaikang and the different polarity extracts against platelet aggregation induced by ADP were determined by turhidimetry in a series of concentration, and the IC50 was calculated by Logit method. Results: The effects of Naomaikang and the different polarity extracts against platelet aggregation induced by ADP were determined, and its 1C5O was 1.250g · mL-1, the IC50 of its different polarity extracts ( A~E )was 0. 0.0048,0.39823,0.00131,0.00313, 0.00286g · mL- ' respectively. Conclusion: The results showed that Naomaikang and the different polarity extracts had the effect on antiplatelet aggregation.
