摘要
目的:观察香砂六君丸治疗脾胃虚弱型糖尿病胃轻瘫(Diabetic Gastroparesis,DGP)的临床疗效.方法:将60例脾胃虚弱型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例.在降糖药物控制血糖的基础上,治疗组予香砂六君丸每日3次,每次8粒,对照组予多潘立酮片口服10mg/次,每日3次,于餐前30 min口服,用药疗程均为4周.观察两组患者的疗效以及治疗前后主要症状、中医证候积分、胃排空率.结果:治疗组总有效率(93.34％)明显优于对照组总有效率(73.3％),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组治疗后餐后饱胀、食欲减退、嗳气、中医证候积分均有所改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗后与对照组比较,饱胀、食欲减退、嗳气、中医证候积分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).两组患者用药前后血糖、肝肾功能均无异常,也未见不良反应发生.结论:香砂六君丸可以有效改善脾胃虚弱型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者临床症状,促进患者胃排空率.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Pill on treating diabetic gastroparesis due to the weakness of spleen and stomach.Methods:A randomized controlled clinical trial was carried out.Sixty patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The treatment group (n=30)were given Xiangsha Liujunzi Pill,three times a day; the control group (n=30)was treated with Domperidone orally 10 mg per day,three times a day.The clinical effect and changes of syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine and gastric emptying rate were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group (93.34％)was higher than that in control group (73.3％,P＜0.05).Syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment was decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiangsha Liujunzi Pill can improve symptoms status of diabetic gastroparesis with weakness of spleen and stomach,enhance gastric emptying rate and has no adverse effect.
