Objective:The present research was o observe the effect of Cervical Three Steps Nine Manuevers as the treatment of cervicalspondylosis radiculopathy in randomized controlled clinical trial in order to standardize the operation suitable for clinical application and improve the efficacy and safety of treating cervicalspondylosis radiculopathy.Method:The research rigorously screened cases and adopted 72 cases of cervicalspondylosis radiculopathy according to diagnostic criteria,inclusive criteria and exclusion criteria.The cases were distributed randomly into treatment group (36 cases)and control group (36 cases) according to computer random number table method.The experiment was designed to measure the pain values among the selected patients before and after the treatment via VAS,and applied NDI to assess patients' pain and functional improvement with SPSS 16.0 as data analysis software to obtain some significant results.Result:The total effective rate was 91.67% and 69.44% in the treatment group and control group respectively.Through x 2 inspection,there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).The D-values of VAS and NDI both before and after the treatment in treatment group were significantly larger than those in control group through T-test (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional traction treatment,Cervical Three Steps Nine Manuevers has special ameliorative effects to treat patients with cervicalspondylosis radiculopathy and it is more suitable for wider clinical application.
