摘要
百会穴是督脉的重要穴位,督脉由此入络脑腑,故可醒脑神、补脑髓;该穴更是督脉与诸经交会之所,有升阳举陷的治疗作用.历代医家对此穴有精辟的理论阐述及丰富的临床使用经验,现代医疗临床上更是根据其经脉络属关系逐步扩大其临床应用,在经典中医理论的指导下辨证选穴,不断总结实践经验,并上升为理论观点以指导临床.除此之外,现代医学对百会穴亦有一定的研究成果,对其生理反应和病理作用也有一定的阐述,根据西医学的对症原则应用百会穴一样取得了较好的临床效果.由此可见百会穴是临床上的常用穴、特效穴,几千年来一直广泛应用于临床,并取得明显的治疗效果,该文主要将近年来百会穴的临床应用情况以及程为平教授对百会穴的临床使用经验整理并进行初步探讨,以便更好的指导临床.
Abstract
Baihui (DU 20)is a significant point of Du meridian and Du meridian goes into the brain from this point.It can refresh the mind and nourish brain.And various meridians meet at this acupoints.It has a positive therapeutic effect on elevating yang and rising the drooping.Traditional Chinese medicine doctors of past dynasties on this point had their insightful theoretical elaboration and extensive clinical experience.Modem medical clinic expands its clinical application based on syndrome differentiation under the guidance of the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,modern medicine also has some research results on Baihui (DU 20),including physiological reaction and pathological role.According to the principles of Western medicine,Baihui (DU 20) has achieved good clinical results.It can be a clinical commonly-used and specifically effective acupoint.For thousands of years it is widely used clinically and has obtained significant therapeutic effect.This article tried to arrange and carry out the initial study about Baihui (DU 20) in clinical applications for the past few years and its treatment effect on clinical experience by Professor CHENG Weiping in order to get better clinical guide.
