七白排毒凝胶剂提取工艺研究

Study on the Extraction Process of Seven White Detoxification Gels

目的:采用正交设计实验对七白排毒凝胶剂的提取工艺进行优化.方法:分别以水提法、醇提法提取七白排毒凝胶剂中的有效部位,以出膏率为指标考察水提取法中提取次数、加水量、提取时间3个因素对出膏率的影响;以芍药苷为指标考察醇提取中乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间对芍药苷含量的影响,通过方差分析确定最佳提取工艺.结果:水提部位的最佳工艺为提取3次,加水8倍量,提取1h;醇提部位的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度为50%,提取3次,提取1.5 h.结论:正交设计实验法所建立的七白排毒凝胶剂提取工艺的数学模型预测性良好,可用于七白排毒凝胶剂的制备.
Objective:To optimize the extraction of seven white detoxification gelsby orthogonal experiment design method.Method:The effective parts of seven white detoxification gels was extracted by water decocting method and ethanol reflux extraction.The effects of three independent variables,extraction times,ratio of material to solvent and extracting time were investigated with extracting rate by water decocting method.And alcohol concentration,extraction times and extracting time were investigated with the content of paeoniflorin by ethanol reflux extraction,then determine the best extraction process by the analysis of variance.Results:The optimized values of extraction times,ratio of material to solvent and extracting time were 3,8 and 1 h by water decocting method,respectively.The optimized values of alcohol concentration,extraction times and extracting timewere by ethanol reflux extraction 50%,3 and 1.5h,respectively.Conclusions:Orthogonal experiment design method is successfully used to optimize the extraction of seven white detoxification gels.
