摘要
介绍樊志敏教授中药熏洗疗法治疗肛周湿疹的临证经验.樊志敏教授认为"湿"是肛周湿疹致病的关键病因, 易与风、热等外邪相交;或因脾虚、血虚而生湿而致病;更与虫淫有一定的关系.肛周湿疹其病位在表.首辨内外二因、再辨虚实.樊教授重视临床分期、鉴别诊断与专科检查.治疗上运用"祛湿清热、祛风养血、止瘙痒"之法, 并重视"健脾化湿", 采用经验方"清湿驱毒汤"外用, 以达"清湿热、驱风毒、止瘙痒"之功, 取得了较好的临床疗效, 且费用低廉, 患者易于接受, 值得借鉴.
Abstract
This paper aimed to introduce the clinical experience of professor FAN Zhimin in treating perianal eczema with herbal washing therapy. Professor FAN Zhimin thinks that dampness is the starting factor of perianal eczema which may be combined with wind or heat, resulted by spleen deficiency, blood deficiency or insect poison. The condition of perianal eczema is the exterior. Internal cause and external cause should be distinguished first, then deficiency and excess should be distinguished. Professor FAN pays much attention to clinical staging, differential diagnosis and specialist examination. The therapies of draining dampness and clearing heat, dispelling wind and replenishing blood, relieving itching were frequently used by professor FAN. And fortifying spleen and resolving dampness also were emphasized. The experience formula of Qingshi Qudu Decoction was used for external treatment to achieve the goal of clearing heat and dampness, dispelling wind poison and relieving itching which have a good clinical efficacy. The formula is inexpensive and easily accepted by the patients. All of these experience of professor FAN is worth to be learning.
