摘要
抑郁障碍是一种发病机制复杂的多发精神类疾病,早发现、早诊断、及时规范治疗仍然是治疗的关键.西医对于该病的治疗虽在一定程度上具有明显效果,但越来越多的临床观察及实验研究表明其存在不良反应多、依从性差、治疗效果不满意等弊端,而针刺治疗近年来越来越体现出更好的治疗效果及较低的不良反应.为寻求更有效、安全的治疗方法,文章综合约近10年实验研究及文献,系统阐述中医理论指导下"抑郁症"的特点,并从针刺治疗抑郁症的辨证论治方法、针刺穴位的选择、针刺手法的差异、伴发疾病的不同以及整合疗法的发展等多维度、多视角进行综述.文章通过提供根据患者阴阳表里、寒热虚实等不同疾病性质及体质、病位属脏腑、气血之不同、根据患病特点选取特定经络、特定穴位等实施因人而异的个体化辨证方法及诊疗手段所得到的真实世界研究,为临床治疗提供有价值的治疗思路.
Abstract
Depression is a psychiatric disease with complex pathogenesis.Early detection,early diagnosis and timely standardized treatment are still the key to treatment.Although the treatment of this disease by Western medicine has obvious effect to a certain extent,but more and more clinical observation and experimental studies show that it has many disadvantages,such as more adverse reactions,poor compliance,unsatisfactory therapeutic effect,etc.In recent years,acupuncture treatment has increasingly shown better therapeutic effect and lower adverse reactions.In order to find a more effective and safe treatment,based on nearly 10 years of experimental research and literature,systematically explain the characteristics of"depression"under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,meanwhile this article reviews the treatment of"depression"by acupuncture and moxibustion from multiple dimensions and perspectives,such as the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,the selection of acupuncture points,the difference of acupuncture techniques,the difference of concomitant diseases,and the development of integrated therapy.The article provides a real-world study based on the nature and constitution of patients with different diseases such as Yin and Yang,deficiency and excess of cold and heat,or the location of the disease belonging to the organs or Qi and blood,or by selecting specific meridians and acupoints according to the characteristics of the disease to implement personalized syndrome differentiation and diagnosis and treatment methods that vary from person to person,and provide valuable treatment ideas for clinical treatment.
