Quality Evaluation of Chonglou(Paridis Rhizoma)from Different Producing Areas Based on AHP
Objective The scientific and comprehensive quality evaluation of Chonglou(Paridis Rhizoma)from different producing areas was earried out to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality standard of Chonglou(Paridis Rhizoma)and screening high quality medicinal materials.Methods 24 batches of Chonglou(Paridis Rhizoma)from different origin were collected,and their appearance,microscopic,moisture,total ash and acid insoluble ash were investigated according to the requirements of 2020 edition Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.HPLC method was used to determine the contents of Ⅶ,Ⅱ and Ⅰ,and AHP was used to evaluate their quality based on their anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory pharmacological efficacy.Results The appearance,moisture,total ash content and acid insoluble ash content of 24 batches of Chonglou(Paridis Rhizoma)were in conformity with the regulations.The microscopic characteristics of all the producing areas met the requirements except Chonglou,Baishi town,Yunlong county,Dali prefecture,Yunnan province;The total content of Zonoside Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅶ in 19 batches of Chonglou(Paridis Rhizoma)were not less than 0.6％;Based on the evaluation of anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory,the highest comprehensive scores of heavy buildings were all from Xiazhuang village,Xiangyun county,Dali Bai autonomous prefecture,Yunnan province.Conclusion 19 batches of Chonglou(Paridis Rhizoma)met the requirements of the 2020 edition Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,and the quality of was the best in Xiazhuang village,Xiangyun county,Dali Bai autonomous prefecture,Yunnan province.
