Optimization of the Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Ciwujia(Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix Et Rhizoma Seu Caulis)Multiple Components Based on Coupling Methodology of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method
Objective To optimize the multicomponent ultrasonic extraction process of Ciwujia(Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix Et Rhizoma Seu Caulis)leaves;ultrasonic extraction method. Methods Using HPLC method to conclude raw catechin acid,L-phenylalanine,syringin,chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, pyridine, rutin, hypericum, quercetin 9 components as estimation index, the hierarchical analysis-entropy weight way to figure the weight coefficient, combined with the analytical hierarchy process-entropy weight method, optimate the multicomponent ultrasonic extraction course, and study the antioxidant activity of the extract. Results In the response surface, the best extraction process:ultrasonic power 580 W,ethanol fraction 70%,ultrasonic time 23 minutes, ultrasound 35℃,and 1∶25 g/mL.on this account, the comprehensive score was 92.35,less different from the model predicted value of 92.60,the RSD was less than 3%,and the extract has good antioxidant effect. Conclusion The multi-component ultrasonic extraction process of Ciwujia(Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix Et Rhizoma Seu Caulis)is stable and feasible, and the obtained Ciwujia(Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix Et Rhizoma Seu Caulis)extract has antioxidant properties, providing scientific basis and technical support for better development and utilization of Ciwujia(Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix Et Rhizoma Seu Caulis)resources.
