硫磺熏蒸对亳白术药材质量影响的初步研究

目的 对硫磺熏蒸前后亳白术药材的质量评价进行初步研究,并建立硫磺熏蒸前后质量评价方法。方法 根据市场调研情况,制备不同程度硫磺熏蒸亳白术样品,采用表里综合比较理念,对硫磺熏蒸前后亳白术药材的色度、二氧化硫残留量、亚硫酸盐残留量进行测定,采用液相特征图谱表征硫磺熏蒸前后亳白术药材的物质基础变化,并采用ATR-FTIR光谱结合模式识别技术比较中红外光谱吸收差异。结果 该实验制备了无硫熏及低、中、高浓度硫熏的亳白术药材,实验结果表明,随着硫熏程度升高,亮度增加,总色值增加,二氧化硫残留量、亚硫酸盐残留量升高,醇溶性浸出物及主要成分含量降低,ATR-FTIR光谱出现明显的亚硫酸根的伸缩振动吸收峰,同时-OH吸收峰逐步下降,结合PCA及OPLS-DA分析能够实现硫熏及非硫熏样品有效区分。结论 硫磺熏蒸严重影响了亳白术药材的品质。本研究全面和客观评价了硫磺熏蒸对亳白术的品质影响,可为亳白术药材的产地加工、质量评价等提供参考。
A Preliminary Investigation into the Effects of Sulfur Fumigation on the Quality of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)
Objective A preliminary study was conducted on the quality assessment of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)herbal materials before and after sulfur fumigation,and a method for quality evaluation before and after sulfur fumigation was established.Methods Based on market research,samples of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)subjected to sulfur fumigation at varying degrees were prepared.By embracing an integrated approach of internal and external comparative principles,the colorimetric values,residual sulfur dioxide,and sulfite levels of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)before and after sulfur fumigation were measured.The material basis changes of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)pre-and post-sulfur fumigation were characterized using liquid chromatographic fingerprinting.Additionally,ATR-FTIR spectroscopy coupled with pattern recognition technology was employed to compare differences in mid-infrared spectral absorption.Results This experiment prepared Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)medicinal materials without sulfur fumigation and with low,medium,and high concentrations of sulfur fumigation.The experimental results showed that as the degree of sulfur fumigation increased,the brightness increased,the total color value increases,the residual sulfur dioxide and sulfite increased,and the content of alcohol-soluble extracts and main components decreased.The ATR-FTIR spectrum showed a significant stretching vibration absorption peak of sulfite ions,while the-OH absorption peak gradually decreased.Combining the PCA and OPLS-DA analysis can effectively distinguish sulfur-fumigated and non-sulfur-fumigated samples.Conclusion Sulfur fumigation seriously affects the quality of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)medicinal materials.This study comprehensively and objectively evaluates the impact of sulfur fumigation on the quality of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),which can provide a reference for the origin processing and quality assessment of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)medicinal materials.
