Exploration of the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating in Parkinson's Disease by Regulating Oxidative Stress
Parkinson's disease(PD)is currently believed that the pathogenesis of PD is mainly due to oxidative stress,α-synuclein aggregation, neuroinflammatory response, mitochondrial dysfunction and ferroptosis resulting in the loss and death of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra region of the midbrain, which in turn triggers the PD phenotype, each pathogenic mechanism plays an independent role while interacting with each other to promote the development of PD,TCM plays an important role in the treatment of PD by regulating oxidative stress.Based on the relevant literature in recent years, this paper explores the mechanism of interaction between oxidative stress and inflammatory response, mitochondrial damage and ferroptosis to promote the occurrence and development of PD and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating PD by regulating oxidative stress,so as to provide reference for the mechanism research and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in treating PD by targeting oxidative stress.
