摘要

目前认为,帕金森病(parkinson's disease,PD)的发病机制主要是氧化应激、α-突触核蛋白聚集、神经炎性反应、线粒体功能障碍及铁死亡等导致的中脑黑质区多巴胺能神经元的丢失、死亡,进而引发PD表型,各发病机制在独立发挥作用的同时又相互影响共同促进PD的发生发展,中医药通过调节氧化应激在治疗PD中起重要作用.文章基于近几年的相关文献,对氧化应激分别与炎症反应、线粒体损伤、铁死亡之间相互作用促进PD发生发展的机制及中医药通过调节氧化应激治疗PD的作用机制做一浅探,以期为中医药靶向氧化应激治疗PD的机制研究及临床研究提供参考.

Abstract

Parkinson's disease(PD)is currently believed that the pathogenesis of PD is mainly due to oxidative stress,α-synuclein aggregation,neuroinflammatory response,mitochondrial dysfunction and ferroptosis resulting in the loss and death of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra region of the midbrain,which in turn triggers the PD phenotype,each pathogenic mechanism plays an independent role while interacting with each other to promote the development of PD,TCM plays an important role in the treatment of PD by regulating oxidative stress.Based on the relevant literature in recent years,this paper explores the mechanism of interaction between oxidative stress and inflammatory response,mitochondrial damage and ferroptosis to promote the occurrence and development of PD and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating PD by regulating oxidative stress,so as to provide reference for the mechanism research and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in treating PD by targeting oxidative stress.
