Therapeutic Value of Danshen Honghua Decoction(丹参红花汤)Combined with LMWH on Coagulation Function and Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis in Elderly Patients with Rapid Recovery of Hip Fractures
Therapeutic Value of Danshen Honghua Decoction(丹参红花汤)Combined with LMWH on Coagulation Function and Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis in Elderly Patients with Rapid Recovery of Hip Fractures
Objective To observe of the clinical effects of Danshen Honghua Decoction(丹参红花汤)combined with low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)on coagulation function and lower limb deep vein thrombosis(LDVT)during rapid rehabilitation treatment of elderly hip fractures.Methods 68 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent total hip replacement surgery within 72 hours of admission to the joint orthopedics department of Shaoxing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang province from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(34 cases)received prophylactic anticoagulant treatment with low molecular weight heparin sodium after surgery,while the treatment group(34 cases)received treatment with Danshen Honghua Decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium.To record the changes in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),D-dimer,plasma AT-Ⅲ levels,and the occurrence of LDVT before and after surgery in two groups of patients,and perform statistical analysis on the two groups of data.Results 60 trials were ultimately completed,with 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.According to statistics,there was no significant difference in preoperative levels of PT,APTT,TT,D-dimer,and plasma AT-Ⅲ between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05);On the 1st and 5th day after surgery,the PT,APTT,and TT levels in the treatment group were prolonged compared to the control group(P＜0.05),D-dimer levels decreased compared to the control group(P＜0.05),and plasma A-Ⅲ activity levels were significantly increased compared to the control group(P＜0.05);Comparison of postoperative LDVT events showed a decrease in the treatment group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of elderly patients with hip fractures undergoing rapid rehabilitation,the use of Danshen Honghua Decoction combined with LMWH after surgery can effectively improve coagulation function,significantly reduce postoperative D-dimer levels,increase plasma AT-Ⅲ activity levels,and reduce the incidence of postoperative LDVT.This has a positive significance in the rapid rehabilitation treatment of elderly hip fractures.
