Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Mechanism and Research Progress of Treating Dysfunction after Ischemic Stroke Based on Kidney and Spleen
Ischemic stroke has always been the focus of clinical prevention and treatment because of its high morbidity and mortality,and the high disability rate after rescue has seriously affected the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a natural advantage in improving dysfunction and preventing disability,but the existing TCM rehabilitation for ischemic stroke lacks precise theoretical guidance and requires in-depth research.Recovery of motor,cognitive,and language functions is based on synaptic remodeling in the brain and spinal cord,and the recovery of the soul depends on the filling of the marrow with the essence of the congenital and acquired,with the help of the theory of marrow of traditional Chinese medicine,a consensus has been reached between Chinese and Western medicine on the logic of the treatment of post-stroke functional recovery.In order to restore the sea of marrow,the essence of the successive heavens stored in the kidney and the spleen should play the first role in generating blood,fluid and other subtle substances,and finally transform the marrow and fill the brain to nourish the soul.Therefore,the functional recovery of ischemic stroke patients should pay attention to tonifying the kidney and spleen,filling in the essence and marrow,generating fluid to nourish the marrow,filling the sea of marrow,and restoring the vital activity.At present,clinical treatment of ischemic stroke is mostly based on the methods of benefiting Qi and activating blood,clearing heat and removing blood stasis,and nourishing yin and activating blood,etc.Few people have focused on the mechanism of Chinese rehabilitation of dysfunction after ischemic stroke based on Chinese medicine marrow cognition.Therefore,through the in-depth excavation of Chinese medical textbooks and medical cases of famous authors in the past,comprehensively analyze the factors affecting the progression of the condition of ischemic stroke during the acute phase and the functional recovery during the recovery phase based on the kidney and the spleen,and comprehensively discuss the effect of prescriptions for ischemic stroke based on the kidney and the spleen from the perspective of pathological indexes and functional evaluation,so as to objectively illustrate the progress in the study of prescriptions for the kidney and the spleen,thereby enriching the theory of the Chinese medical treatment of ischemic stroke,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of ischemic stroke.
