Ancient Origin and Prescription Laws of Interstitial Lung Disease(Feibi)Based on R Language Data Mining
Objective To provide a reference for modern Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment by systematically combing the Chinese theoretical origin of interstitial lung disease(Feibi)and analyzing the prescription laws of ancient Chinese medicine books for the treatment of Feibi based on R-language data mining. Methods The search term"Feibi"was identified by reviewing specialized books, and the articles that met the inclusion criteria were extracted from the 5th edition of Chinese Medical Dictionary,Database of Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Database of Ancient Books of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,to explore the theoretical development of the Feibi, and the frequency, association rules, clustering and Phi correlation analyses were carried out on the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines based on the R language platform(V4.2.3).Results The origin of Chinese medicine theory of feibi was summarized and found that it was first mentioned in Inner Canon of Huangdi, inherited and developed in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, and was first listed in General Medical Collection of Royal Benevolencein the Song Dynasty, which developed the theory of Feibi by proposing formulas and medicines for its treatment, and more than 80%of the articles in the Ming and Qing Dynasties tended to be perfected. The screening obtained 45 prescriptions for Feibi,112 herbal medicines, and the frequency of Chinese medicines in the first five places were Xingren(Armeniacae Semen Amarum),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)and Fuling(Poria),and the most commonly used pairs of medicines were analyzed by the association rules:Yujin(Curcumae Radix)-Xingren(Armeniacae Semen Amarum),Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus)-Xingren(Armeniacae Semen Amarum),Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus)-Yujin(Curcumae Radix)-Xingren(Armeniacae Semen Amarum). The clustering analysis obtained two core medicines formulas:The first of which was Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus)-Yujin(Curcumae Radix)-Xingren(Armeniacae Semen Amarum)-Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus)-Beimu(Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus)-Sangye(Mori Folium),and the second of which was Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)-Fuling(Poria)-Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)-Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)-Ziwan(Asteris Radix Et Rhizoma)-Jiegeng(Platycodonis Radix). Conclusion The key to the treatment of Feibi is"depression, phlegm, stasis and deticiency",and the core prescription is in line with the therapeutic principles of promoting Qi and dispelling paralysis, resolving phlegm and expelling blood stasis, and tonifying the deficiency and opening up the collaterals, which can be used as a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Feibi as well as for the development of the follow-up research and development of new medicines.
