面向大学生双创能力培养的工科专业实践教学体系研究

实践教学是各高校培养工科专业学生的重要举措,研究面向大学生双创能力培养的工科专业实践教学体系意义深远.在理解面向大学生双创能力培养的工科专业实践教学体系的意义后,对工科专业实践教学的优势进行分析,以这些优势为基础构建以双创为核心的教学体系,加强学生双创观念,同时运用多元化实践教学体系,让双创融入学习中,更好地理解知识.建设实践能力与双创能力双向培养的教学体系,激发学生的学习潜力,让其将来可以更好地适应社会;建造校外实践常态化的教学体系,促进学生向社会所需要的人才方向发展.通过实例分析可知,应用本研究建立实践教学体系后,应届生就业率从48.8%增长至现在的99.8%.
Research on Practical Teaching System of Engineering Majors for Cultivating College Students'Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability
Practical teaching is an important measure for universities to train engineering students in colleges and universities.It is of far-reaching significance to study the practical teaching system of engineering majors for cultivating college students'mass entrepre-neurship and innovation ability.After understanding the significance,the advantages of the practical teaching of engineering majors are analyzed.Based on these advantages,we build the teaching system with mass entrepreneurship and innovation,strengthen students'concept of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,operate diversified practical teaching system,integrate innovation into learning and better understand knowledge.Build the teaching system combining practical ability and innovation ability,stimulate students'learning potential and better adapt to society in the future;build the teaching system of off-campus practice,promote the development of students towards the talent direction needed by society.According to the example analysis,the employment rate of fresh graduates has increased from 48.8%to 99.8%after the application of the teaching system established in this paper.
