摘要
对高职院校教学督导机制建设现状进行分析,并探讨高职院校教学督导评价制度、评价主体、评价内容、评价方式及评价结果运用等方面存在的问题,以治理理论为指导,从治理现代化视角,提出可行对策,努力构建更加规范化、多元化、科学化、过程化、公开化的教学督导机制.
Abstract
This article analyzes the current situation of the construction of teaching supervision mechanisms in vocational colleges,and explores the problems in the evaluation system,evaluation subjects,evaluation content,evaluation methods,and application of e-valuation results.Guided by governance theory and from the perspective of governance modernization,feasible countermeasures are pro-posed to strive to build a more standardized,diversified,scientific,procedural,and open teaching supervision mechanism.
