Improving the professional competence of vocational business English teachers in the context of industry education inte-gration is a long-term and arduous task.By analyzing the new connotations and practical difficulties in the professional development of vocational business English teachers under the background of industry education integration,this paper proposes ways to stimulate teachers'endogenous motivation,reshape the teacher professional development system,improve the enterprise practice mechanism and develop diversified training resources to enhance their professional competence.This not only meets the needs of teacher development and cultivates a high-quality teacher development team,but also better achieves the teaching goals and talent cultivation tasks of voca-tional business English majors.
