Research on Cultivation Path of Craftsmanship Spirit among Vocational College Students from Perspective of Labor Education
As China's international standing continues to rise,the spirit of craftsmanship,as the essence of Chinese manufactur-ing,is increasingly receiving public attention.It not only represents a commitment to excellence and the pursuit of quality but also em-bodies reverence for one's profession,dedication to skills,and an unwavering pursuit of innovation.Vocational colleges,as the cradle for cultivating skilled talents,bear the responsibility of nurturing new-generation technical professionals with a spirit of craftsmanship,which holds great significance in today's era.This paper analyzes the current status and deficiencies in cultivating the spirit of crafts-manship in vocational colleges and proposes targeted improvement measures and recommendations so as to provide valuable insights and guidance for fostering the spirit of craftsmanship in vocational colleges across China.
