摘要

模切机输纸机的性能影响着给纸的速度和精度.现在,许多模切机选择给纸的方式来输送纸张,通过分离头即飞达来把纸张进行输送,因此分离头的工作性能以及设计就显得十分重要.通过对输纸机分离头的气动化方案设计,简化输纸机的结构,使得提高输纸机的运动性能的同时,也能够降低输纸机的成本.

Abstract

The performance of the die-cutting machine and paper feeder affects the speed and accuracy of paper feeding.Nowadays,most die-cutting machines choose the feeding method to transport paper,and the separation head,Feida,is used to transport the paper.Therefore,the working performance and design of the separation head are very important.By designing a pneumatic scheme for the separation head of the paper feeder,the structure of the paper feeder is simplified,which not only improves the motion performance of the paper feeder but also reduces its cost.
