摘要
快递包装回收不仅能减少资源浪费,还能降低环境污染.本文从大学生的快递包装处理习惯出发,采用问卷调查、实地考察方法,对大学生的物流快递包装回收意愿、行为习惯进行调研,根据UTAUT模型的绩效影响、社会条件、促进条件、努力期望、行为意愿五大主要因素,用线性回归的方法对问卷收集来的数据进行分析,发现高校校园快递包装回收存在回收方法单一、宣传力度小、担心增加不明收费等问题,并提出增加回收激励、扩展宣传渠道、严格保密学生隐私等针对性建议,以期推动校园快递包装回收的发展.
Abstract
Express packaging recycling can not only reduce the waste of resources,but also reduce environmental pollution.Starting from the express packaging processing habits of college students,questionnaire survey and field investigation are adopted to investigate the willingness and behavioral habits of college students to recycle logistics express packaging.According to the five major factors of UTAUT model,such as performance impact,social conditions,promotion conditions,effort expectations and behavioral willingness,linear regression method is used to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire.It is found that there are some problems in the recycling of campus express packaging in colleges and universities,such as single recycling method,little publicity,worrying about increasing unknown charges and so on,and puts forward some specific suggestions,such as increasing recycling incentives,expanding publicity channels,and strictly keeping students'privacy confidential,so as to promote the development of campus express packaging recycling.
