Exploring the Relationship Between Quality of Leisure Experience and Packaging Design Based on Online Review—Taking Qinghefang Street in Hangzhou as an Example
In recent years,the quality of leisure experience has been proposed and used to measure the satisfaction level of tourists,and the public's demand for packaging design of tourism products is also increasing day by day.This paper takes the online reviews of tourists in Hangzhou Qinghefang neighbourhood as the research object.The relationship between the quality of leisure experience and packaging design is investigated using online text analysis.The study found that there is a significant link between packaging design and the quality of recreational experience,and the reviews related to packaging design show positive emotional in general,while the negative experience is mainly due to the potential deception and the lack of recognition of the packaging design.Based on the findings,sustainable tourism product packaging design suggestions are proposed.
