摘要

本研究界定了可生物降解的食品活性包装涵义,在此基础上阐明了可生物降解的活性包装在食品行业应用的必要性.考察和分析了各种可生物降解食品活性包装材料技术发展状况.指出可生物降解活性包装技术不是单一技术构成,而是由生物活性薄膜制备技术和活性物质释放动力学机制构成的技术体系.

Abstract

Defined the meaning of biodegradable food active packaging,and on this basis clarified the biodegradable active packaging in the food industry application necessity.The technical development status of various biodegradable food active packaging materials was investigated and analyzed.It is pointed out that biodegradable active packaging technology is not composed of a single technology,but a technical system composed of bioactive film preparation technology and active substance release kinetic mechanism.
