应用于智能包装的横向电磁式振动能量收集装置设计

目的 为了解决智能包装中传感器工作时的无线供能和续航问题,设计了一种横向电磁式振动能量收集装置,用以解决无线供能和续航问题.方法 设计了一种振动能量收集装置,用于收集智能包装在运输途中的振动能量并转换为电能,实现智能包装的无线供能和续航.设计了装置的物理结构,并进行了低频振动模拟实验,通过仿真和实验对比了所设计装置的输出性能.结果 横向电磁式振动能量收集装置的仿真分析结果与实验测试结果基本吻合,在8Hz~10Hz激励频率,1g激励加速度情况下,输出电压均值高 1V;在外接电阻为 1033Ω情况下,装置的输出功率能够达到0.15mW以上.
The Design of the Horizontal Electromagnetic Vibration Energy Harvester Applied in Intelligent Packaging
In order to solve the problem of wireless energy supply and endurance in the intelligent packaging when working,this article designs a horizontal electromagnetic vibration energy collection device to solve the problem of wireless energy supply and endurance.In this article,a vibration energy collection device is designed to collect the vibration energy of intelligent packaging on the way to transport and convert it into electrical energy to realize the wireless energy supply and endurance of intelligent packaging.The physical structure of the device is designed and a low-frequency vibration simulation experiment was performed.The output performance of the designed device was compared through simulation and experiments.The simulation analysis results of the horizontal electromagnetic vibration energy collection device was basically consistent with the experimental test results,the output voltage was higher than 1 V at excitation frequency of 8-10Hz and acceleration of 1g,and the power can reach more than 0.15mW.
