摘要

本文从生物基可降解材料开发与性能研究、材料的加工工艺优化研究和材料的模拟与建模研究三个方面对该领域研究现状进行分析,研究结果表明:材料开发与性能研究,主要是关注性能、可持续性和可加工性的平衡,同时积极寻求创新的原料来源和改良方法,以满足不断增长的可降解材料市场需求.制备工艺改进的研究特点是高效、可持续性、定制化和数字化.降解模拟研究的特点是精细化、多尺度、可持续性和数据驱动.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the current research situation in this field from three aspects:development and performance research of biodegradable materials,material processing optimization research and material simulation and modeling research.The research results show that:Material development and performance research,mainly focusing on the balance of performance,sustainability and processability,while actively seeking innovative raw material sources and improved methods to meet the growing market demand for degradable materials.The research characteristics of preparation process improvement are high efficiency,sustainability,customization and digitalization.Degradation simulation research is characterized by refinement,multi-scale,sustainability and data-driven.
